Shipping Policy

At The GIFTMAKR, we offer flat rate shipping on all products.

All of our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout
based on the destination and shipping method selected.

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. However, please note that personalized items may take additional time to prepare. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The GIFTMAKR.
If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know the new item you would like and we will process
the exchange as quickly as possible.
